Our primary experience is with the "Burners" for these facilities - the Thermal Oxidation Units that destroy the paint on the outside and the small volume of residual material that remains in the Drums prior to processing. These units are disarmingly complex - and generally have problems that are directly attributable to lack of integration in Controls. We have "invented" the means to drastically increase the range of Control, seamlessly integrating Drafting, Ratio Control, and Furnace Speed Control with active control of visible Emissions. We can provide a complete Control Solution that greatly reduces or eliminates smoking of units equipped with adequate AfterBurners - or just the parts and service to address your current situation. In all cases, Primary Fuel (used to keep the System up to temperature) is radically reduced, while the ability to conxume the Secondary Fuel (carried through the Oxidizer in the form of Drum Paint and Residual Material) is radically increased.
