Industrial TroubleShooters, Inc. specializes in  Commissioning and Optimization, and Design of Industrial Combustion Processes - from large complex systems, such as PLC controlled Multi-Zone Regenerative Combustion Systems - to the smallest Industrial Process Heaters.  We have integrated systems that utilize as many as five Fuels concurrently, and routinely remediate extremely large multi-zone Mass Flow F/A Ratio Systems such as Metals Reheating Furnaces.  Heavy Oil Combustion is a specialty - with primary applications mostly overseas in developing countries.  We have brought many years of experience with various industrial, commercial, and defense companies together to form a team of motivated technicians who can make your Combustion Process meet or exceed its' original design goals.  

We have been in business since 1993, during this time we have worked on a wide variety of extremely sophisticated process problems. We maintain a 100% success ratio. In energy intensive processes our fees are generally recovered, in energy savings alone, before we leave the site.  We are experienced with a wide variety of processes and process control systems, and what we haven't had our hands on, we can get information for. We are not constrained by affiliations with Equipment Manufacturers and Vendors and can therefore become involved with any or all aspects of your process and assure correct integration of all of the componentry - rather than individual segments. The fact that we are rarely exposed to the same equipment twice, and always succeed, serves as an excellent indicator of our extremely versatile abilities.
